The City of Port St. Lucie Parks & Recreation Department, along with the Friendly Sons & Daughters of Ireland, invite residents to join in a salute to St. Patrick and Irish Culture. This event is free and open to the public on both days.

Traditional Irish cuisine, green beer, music and other culinary delights will be accompanied by Irish dancing, displays, arts and crafts, carnival rides and fun for the whole family. The parade begins Saturday, March 18 at 11 a.m. and will be followed by opening ceremony welcome and an address from Mayor Gregory J. Oravec.

PSL Rocks “The City” rock painting event will happen Saturday at noon. A rock painting table for attendees to paint rocks will be available near the Civic Center fountains from noon to 3 p.m.

In the following weeks the City will hide the rocks collected during the Festival in City parks and recreational facilities. Ten of the collected rocks will be “lucky” and worth a prize. Visit the PSL Rocks “The City” website to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
