Kitterman Woods residents come out and enjoy the beautiful weather!  Celebrate Fall in Florida at the City of Port St. Lucie’s Fall Fun Fest at the PSL Civic Center! Festival goers will enjoy a weekend of live music and entertainment, a variety of traditional carnival food, and midway carnival rides. Wristbands cost $20; $1 per
